I took a quick look at your prices and you should definedly change the price of your point commissions.
= 15$ per 1 work (+3$ per 1 person"
Basically you are charging around 5$ per work and 0,5$ per person since 1$ = 80-100 points. So my suggestion is that you raise the price to around 1500 points which is close to 15$ and per personaround 300 points so the two are equal and you are not selling them too cheap :3
